1. Delivery Policy:

GoVegan offers delivery services within Hong Kong.
Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary depending on the delivery address and order volume.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
During holidays and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.

2. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order.
Orders below 399 USD are subject to a delivery fee based on weight.
For orders of 399 USD and above, the delivery fee will be returned as store credit through our Shipping Fee Credit Loyalty Program. For more information, please check out our Shipping Fee Credit Loyalty Program.

3. Delivery Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.
Any change in address must be made within 12 hours since the order was made.
GoVegan is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Confirmation:

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Customers can track their order using the provided tracking number.

5. Changes to Orders:

Any changes to the order, including delivery address or delivery date, must be made within 12 hours since the order was made.
GoVegan reserves the right to refuse any changes requested after this time.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled only if they haven't been dispatched already.

7. Returns and Refunds:

GoVegan does not offer returns or refunds on delivered products unless the products are damaged or defective upon delivery.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By placing an order with GoVegan, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
